Product owner for e-commerce

Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for multidimensional management of an artificial intelligence solution placed on the e-commerce market. By multidimensional management we mean delivering a complete process of creation, implementation and development of the product.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the business mission of LogicAI by creating a product which supports the strategic goals of the company
• Creating a full concept of product development basing on the essential features of it
• Devising a complete vision, strategy and roadmap of the product aligning its operational, business, marketing and financial dimensions
• Gathering a deep understanding of market and clients’ needs and objectives through market research, feedback systems and data analysis
• Excogitating MVP of the product
• Determining and tracking KPIs and other success metrics
• Aligning Management and Operations Teams in ensuring all the parties are involved and understand the scope of the project
• Being an advocate of the product inside and outside the company by building awareness and strong brand of it
• Verifying technical requirements and aligning them to the business needs of the company
• Setting tools, managing backlogs and making clear decisions on priorities
• Mapping activity of the competition and aligning the product to the changing environment
• Constantly developing the product in and increasing its value and competitive advantage on the market

Expectations

Required

• Proven experience in managing complex digital products
• Understanding of business model design and validation
• Understanding of technology allowing to map business goals and technical requirements
• Grasp of customer needs and ability to determine and prioritize them
• Good command of written and spoken English (C1)
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving attitude
• Ability to align different business areas and concatenate them to achieve a common goal
• Knowledge and ability to use in practise project management tools and working systems

Good to have

• Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Proven experience and comprehension of Agile methodologies
• Project Management, Product Management, UX or Technical education background
• Scrum/Agile certificates
• Experience in e-commerce industry
• B2B product management expertise
• Experience in cooperating with fragmented or remote teams
